Executed in record time, the primary objective of this project was the optimization of the HVAC system, ensuring peak operational performance for one of the end client’s key offices.

Following the defined program, workspaces were reorganized and expanded by repurposing and adapting existing furniture, seamlessly integrating it into the remodel’s new design character. 

Close coordination with building management for the installation of rooftop condensing units, combined with rigorous EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) management, was essential to guarantee equipment safety and precise on-site activity planning.

The collaborative effort between the client, our design partner, and Quadrato as General Contractor ensured all project expectations were fully met, further strengthening a long-term relationship built on trust and proven results.
