Daiichi Sankyo

Quadrato acted as the General Contractor for the fit-out of Daiichi Sankyo’s corporate offices, delivering an end-to-end project focused on operational efficiency, safety, and a contemporary corporate image aligned with the company’s global standards.

The scope included upgrading and redistributing technical installations, incorporating electrical and data systems, as well as installing and relocating HVAC systems. Furthermore, security systems and signage were implemented in full compliance with RETIE and current local regulations, ensuring a safe and reliable operation.

The new spatial layout structured workspaces, meeting rooms, reception, and support areas, integrating modular partitions and custom millwork for workstations. Architectural finishes—including paint, vinyl flooring, porcelain tile, modular carpeting, acoustic ceilings, glazing, and decorative wall treatments—resulted in a functional, comfortable, and modern environment.

The project was executed in tandem with the architectural and technical design phase, maintaining strict delivery timelines and precise cross-disciplinary coordination. The result is a renovated, efficient, and secure office space that enhances team productivity while reinforcing the corporate identity of this pharmaceutical multinational.
