This project was conceived to integrate four companies under a single spatial identity, reflecting the values of sustainability and environmental respect that define the core principles of this French multinational.

The scope of work included the planning and execution of a structural steel staircase connecting the 3rd and 4th floors, along with the coordination of electrical, voice, and data installations. We also implemented a dual ventilation and air renewal system for the open-plan workstations. Additionally, the HVAC systems were tailored for private offices and meeting rooms, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency throughout every environment.

More than just a technical project, Veolia Bogotá is a testament to Quadrato’s holistic approach: uniting precision, management, and construction with a common purpose—to create spaces that function, inspire, and transcend.
