In the design and construction of these offices, developed under Quadrato’s holistic approach, an area of 118 m² was successfully optimized, addressing the client’s operational needs and the required program for the proper development of their business and the well-being of their employees.

Through a careful selection of materials, an efficient technical configuration, and precise budget and schedule management, the project resulted in spacious, comfortable, and functional areas with excellent lighting and high efficiency levels.
