Skechers CEDI

This project marked Quadrato’s debut as General Contractor and systems integrator, working alongside the client, design teams, and the end user to develop a new Distribution Center (CEDI) within a logistics complex near Bogotá.

The scope included the installation of the entire technical and irradiation infrastructure across a total area of 25,600 m², featuring an operational height of 15 meters, ensuring connectivity, efficiency, and continuity for the end client’s logistics operations. Simultaneously, an internal structure was built to house 1,315 m² of administrative and operational offices, functionally integrated into the complex.

Project logistics demanded rigorous management of personnel movement, shift control, access authorizations, site security, and the comprehensive implementation of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) protocols, ensuring efficient execution at every stage. The coordination of technical disciplines and close collaboration with the client and designers were key to the project’s success.

The result is a distribution center perfectly aligned with Skechers’ corporate image—highly functional and developed under the highest technical standards, guaranteeing an efficient and reliable operation.
