In this project, we undertook the remodeling of meeting areas and several common zones within an existing office floor, alongside the complete design and construction of the agency’s new expansion floor. In the original space, we respected the classic character of the non-intervened areas, harmoniously integrating them with a new contemporary language. Modernity was incorporated without competing with the existing elements, achieving a natural balance between both approaches.

The new floor’s design allowed for an increase and diversification of meeting spaces—both collaborative and private—improving the general layout and enhancing the entry of natural light. Additionally, social hubs like the coffee point were incorporated to foster interaction among teams.

One of the most relevant technical aspects of the project was the acoustic treatment, which was key to substantially improving privacy throughout the floor. Based on the defined program, various types of spaces were structured: private offices, operational areas, meeting rooms, and focus zones, ensuring both comfort and functionality.

The interaction spaces and the agency’s identity—reinterpreted and aligned with the Colombian context—were central elements in giving the project character and coherence.
