Policlínico del Norte

This project was instrumental in consolidating Quadrato’s expertise in the design and construction of healthcare facilities. The intervention was carried out in a specialized clinic (IPS) located in a residence over 30 years old, requiring a deep exercise in diagnosis, planning, and architectural transformation.

The project scope ranged from demolition, excavation, and structural reinforcement, developed in close coordination with the technical and structural teams, to the comprehensive execution of the construction. Managing ceiling heights, floor levels, and technical coordination was decisive in achieving a modern, functional, and well-lit facility equipped with the technical infrastructure necessary for efficient operation.

The result is a space that fully complies with the Health Department’s (Secretaría de Salud) guidelines, prepared to provide high-quality service in its new facilities. This project reaffirms Quadrato’s commitment to developments that positively impact people’s well-being.
