Magic Licensing

Quadrato had the opportunity to design and build the offices for Magic Licensing in Bogotá, developing a project where graphic imagery served as a central element to express the identity of their core business and reinforce the brand’s character within the space.

Throughout the process, we worked closely with the client to address the architectural program, integrating aesthetic and technical criteria that brought the project’s objectives to life.

The intervention took place in one of the city’s most representative corporate buildings, coordinating efforts with specialized Colombian suppliers to ensure quality and precision in every detail. The result is a functional corporate space, consistent with the brand’s identity, and developed under a comprehensive design-and-build approach.
